Remek! Market Scanner Pro (see bottom right) now displays not only the Setups and Signals on our monitored markets but also the exact numeric values of the Entry, Stop and Target.
All this on any number of instruments (futures, ETF, stocks, currencies) and your defined timeframes. (You can monitor any number of markets available in your datafeed.)
In the example below, we monitor our SETUP, SIGNAL, ENTRY, STOP and TARGET events on the 240min timeframe. (You can easily monitor any market on any timeframe you choose.) The numeric values in Market Scanner Pro can easily be displayed visually on the relevant chart as well (see YM 240min chart in upper left corner.)
Notice that this is what is called a 1R trade (a 3ATR 1R trade, to be exact). Meaning, our stop is 3ATRs from our ENTRY, and our target is also 3ATRs from our ENTRY, just on the other side.
Our software technology ensures that volatility (distance on the chart) is correctly converted to numeric values (price) for the ENTRY, STOP and TARGET.
Yes, we know: this is just a humble 1R trade. But note: the advantages of 1Rs are clearly shown in the data and in smoother equity curves: welcome to a trading style that can include bike rides, the gym, and walks in the park!
